About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller to join our dynamic team at Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and control of our warehouse inventory and stock movements.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, including stock levels, receipts, and dispatches
  2. Conducting regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  3. Identifying and investigating any discrepancies or irregularities in stock levels
  4. Coordinating with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
  5. Implementing and monitoring stock control procedures and policies
  6. Providing regular reports on stock levels, variances, and inventory movements
  7. Assisting with the implementation of warehouse management systems and technologies
  8. Ensuring the warehouse operates in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Stock Controller or in a similar inventory management role
  2. Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  3. Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and inventory control systems
  4. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
