About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, your Resourcefulness, Attention to Details and Strong Organizational Skills will be an immense value as you work together with our lively and goal-driven team.

This is where you'll shine:

  • Office Administration (i.e., Data entry, Filing, generating reports, setting & transcribing minutes from meetings and conducting research)

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

  • Maintain schedule by planning and scheduling business and personal meetings, conferences, teleconferences, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements

  • Processing Invoices

What you'll bring in:

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills

  • Attention to detail & Time Management skills

  • Process & results oriented (but also seek continuous improvement of process)

  • Basic experience with processing invoices

  • Has at least 3 years experience in administrative role

  • Preferably has offshore experience - international

  • Amenable to work in BGC - day shift
