Position: Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with day-to-day HR needs, including recruitment, payroll & benefits coordination, employee relations, and HR policy consultation;
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense verification, bookkeeping, and data organization;
  • Coordinate across our global teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery for cross-regional projects;
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and support general administrative follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles; HR experience is a strong plus;
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, with outstanding communication ability;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and teams;
  • Stable personality with solid stress management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • Highly responsible and committed, with a genuine interest in long-term cooperation.
