The Opportunity at a Glance
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Administration Assistant
to join a growing healthcare organisation in the NDIS sector. This is a
full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates
, employed under a proper PH setup.
To succeed in this role, you must be
proficient in Microsoft Suite
, an
effective communicator
, and someone who is both
efficient and organised
. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and seamless support across the business.
How You'll Make an Impact
Maintain and update internal databases as directed by key stakeholders
Coordinate and prepare reports for various departments
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Support ad hoc administrative duties as required by the team
Assist with data collation and stakeholder management tasks
Uphold accuracy and efficiency in handling administrative workflows

Microsoft Suite
(non-negotiable)Have prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role

Prior exposure to data collation and reporting tasks
A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (with flexibility for additional hours when required)
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
