The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Provides support in all secretarial and administrative functions such as school communications, reports, and submissions
- Provides administrative support by efficiently managing schedules, answering phone calls and correspondences, handling inquiries whenever possible, and/or directing inquirers to the appropriate party;
- Attends all required meetings; tracks decisions and action items that emerge from discussions; analyzes and synthesizes information for dissemination to all concerned;
- Develops and maintains a filing system in the office;
- Assists in the preparation and execution of school promotion activities;
- Coordinates and develops promotional materials for school and academic events, competitions, etc.;
- Performs other duties demanded by the nature of the position
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or similar or equivalent experience
- With at least two years experience in office administration, preferably in an education center
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Highly organized and flexible
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suites
- Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
- Can start as soon as possible
