Responsibilities

  • Provides support in all secretarial and administrative functions such as school communications, reports, and submissions
  • Provides administrative support by efficiently managing schedules, answering phone calls and correspondences, handling inquiries whenever possible, and/or directing inquirers to the appropriate party;
  • Attends all required meetings; tracks decisions and action items that emerge from discussions; analyzes and synthesizes information for dissemination to all concerned;
  • Develops and maintains a filing system in the office;
  • Assists in the preparation and execution of school promotion activities;
  • Coordinates and develops promotional materials for school and academic events, competitions, etc.;
  • Performs other duties demanded by the nature of the position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or similar or equivalent experience
  • With at least two years experience in office administration, preferably in an education center
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suites
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Can start as soon as possible
