Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator

Location: BGC Taguig

6 Months Contract - Full Onsite

We're looking for an experienced Windows desktop engineer with strong security skills to help manage and support thousands of endpoints across our enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Provide remote support for Windows workstations across offices, plants, and retail sites
  • Monitor systems, apply security patches, and ensure compliance
  • Handle Tier 3 escalations for desktop, OS, and file server issues
  • Use tools like PowerShell, VBScript, Intune, Radia, and Active Directory GPOs
  • Troubleshoot Citrix Workspace, Azure cloud, and network-related issues
  • Document fixes, procedures, and system updates
  • Respond quickly to security threats
  • Work closely with teams to deliver reliable support

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in Tier 3 Desktop Support or Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and enterprise security practices
  • Skilled in PowerShell, VBScript, Intune, Radia, and GPOs
  • Familiar with Citrix, Azure, DHCP, DNS, and IP networking
  • Excellent documentation and customer service skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft or security certifications (e.g., AZ-900, Security+)
  • Experience supporting distribution centers or retail locations
  • Strong troubleshooting across desktop, network, and cloud
