We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Endpoint Security Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and performance of Windows client systems across our enterprise environment. This includes supporting and securing tens of thousands of Windows 10 and 11 endpoints using modern tools and scripting methods.

  • Provide Tier 3 support for desktop and endpoint issues with a focus on security.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security policies using Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, and other enterprise systems.
  • Use scripting tools like PowerShell and VBScript to automate management tasks across a large fleet of Windows clients.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce hardening baselines and compliance requirements.
  • Support OS upgrades, patch management, and software deployment initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Analyze endpoint logs and behavior for anomalies and coordinate remediation activities.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tier 3 Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering role in an enterprise setting.
  • Expertise with PowerShell and VB Scripting for automation and configuration.
  • Experience with enterprise client management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for endpoint management.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices in a Windows enterprise environment.
