Job Title: Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Client Security Specialist to manage and secure enterprise workstations across a large, distributed environment. This role involves remote support, patch deployment, and advanced troubleshooting, with a strong focus on endpoint security and system reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Windows operating systems, scripting languages such as PowerShell, and remote management tools. Experience with Citrix Workspace, Azure infrastructure, and Windows networking protocols is also highly desirable.

As a Windows Client Security Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 remote support for Windows 10/11 workstations, monitoring and managing endpoints using various tools, deploying security patches, updates, and fixes, and handling Tier 3 escalations for desktop software, OS, and file server access issues.

This role requires excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tier 3 Desktop Support or Engineering in an enterprise setting.
