Duties and Responsibilities

Laboratory and Admin Coordinator

1. REPORTS TO: Operations Head

2. SUMMARY

Laboratory & Admin Coordinator is in charge of overall administrative, clerical tasks and general operation activities that will be performed for the laboratory and administrative office. He or she serves as the coordinator and customer service support for the service provider partner, send-out clients, and patients

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for laboratory administrative tasks and coordinator functions for the general laboratory service to Upcare's internal and external customer

· In charge of customer service tasks relevant to service provider partner, send out, remote extraction clients and patients

· Responsible for the consolidation of laboratory documentary requirements essential on obtaining and maintaining credentials and permits

· Assist in regulatory affairs matters

· In charge of the web system and database related to laboratory services as well as relevant LIS management

· Assist in ensuring that laboratory protocols for referred specimens and remote extraction are followed

· Handles all administrative files and record monitoring of the Laboratory test output

· Coordinate with Nephro Dialysis Center lead person and service provider on the scheduling of specimen and samples pick-up

· Coordinate with driver, riders, and courier services in transporting specimens

· Handle the management of laboratory test service requested via Upcare Diagnostic Booking portal

· Directly monitor home service patients for clinical laboratory test

· Handle and organize the schedule of all home service requests and coordinate with the laboratory

· Render administrative and clerical support to the operation head and admin officer

· Assist in the development of needed customer service procedures and programs aimed to support internal and external customers that would bring benefit to them.

· Set target aligned to the company's goals and objectives;

· Conduct data collection, research, market analysis, monitoring of test output and management of specimens.
