Oversees efficient operations of the Coffee Station

Menu & Recipe Development:

  • Works with the owners to consistently develop and improve coffee menu items.

  • A member of the R&D Committee and leads development for coffee menu options (Signature items, coffee mocktails, etc.)

Coffee Preparations:

  • Calibrates the coffee machines in the opening and closing of shift (AM & PM)

  • Directly participates in the preparation of coffee menu orders.

Equipment Maintenance & Cleanliness:

  • Ensures safe operations of coffee station equipment. Monitors equipment status and maintenance.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborates with the team for coffee-related marketing promotions.

Inventory Management

  • Monitors and submits daily inventory status reports.

  • Provides a weekly and monthly forecast of inventory requirements.

  • Manages the inventory of items in the coffee station.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has 3-5 years of work experience as Head Barista

  • Has at least a certification / finished studies in Coffee or related field

  • Bartender experience is an advantage
