DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KRA 1:  TALENT ACQUISITION - Facilitate sourcing, recruiting, screening and selection for manpower needs.

§  Screening scheduling and management - efficiently schedule and organize interviews with hiring manager/s.

§  Conduct field or site recruitment.

§  Reports and Analytics - track hiring metrics including source of hire, number of applicants who passed, etc.

§  Third-party Relationship - collaborates with third party provider for manpower requirements. Proactive coordination with the third party provider for manpower requirements. Act as coordinator for all agency/cooperative transactions and requirements

§  Job Offer Management – consult job offer with superior and discuss with applicant accordingly.

§  Recruitment Marketing - create and publish job vacancies through internal and external advertisement. Actively participate in recruitment campaigns such as job fair, campus events, etc, as required.

KRA 2: DEPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT and ON-BOARDING

§  Ensure proper deployment process of new hired employees

§  Coordinate for PRIOR DAY 1 on-boarding/induction requirements of newly-hired employees with On-boarding team.

§  Manage and collate pre-employment requirements of candidates. Ensure completeness.

§  Coordinate for/Conduct Team Member Orientation if necessary.

KRA 3: HRIS, DATABASE and RECORDS MANAGEMENT

§  Maintain applicant tracking system and database.

§  Encode new hires information in Sprout system.

§  Prepares list of attendees for new hire trainings such as Barista 101, The One, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of HRDM, Psychology or any related course
  • With 2 to 5 years solid recruitment experience handling food and beverage brands
  • With experience and knowledge processing recruitment metrics, conducting LRAs, and Client relations
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
