Company Overview
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct backlink audits, outreach, and link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Perform keyword research and on-page optimization for content, metadata, and site structure.
  • Analyze search engine performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Monitor competitor SEO and SEM strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in blogs, landing pages, and website updates.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site speed, indexing, and mobile optimization.
  • Generate SEO performance reports, tracking KPIs such as rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven years of experience in SEO, SEM, and search engine analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience with backlink strategy development, link-building campaigns, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret SEO data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search experiences, including Google's SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT browsing, and other AI-generated result formats. Ability to adapt content strategies to rank in AI-generated responses.
  • Experience optimizing content for AI search engines, including entity-based SEO, structured data, schema markup, and conversational queries to improve visibility in AI-driven search results.
