DC Home Remodeling, a home remodeling company located in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with 10+ years of proven experience. This role is part-time and remote, open to candidates based in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in SEO strategy and implementation, with the ability to leverage AI platforms, such as ChatGPT, for marketing and advertising purposes.

Work Schedule

Required hours:

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM U.S. Standard Time (4 hours daily, part-time)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website content, keywords, and backlinks for higher visibility.
  • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to expand digital advertising efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance and ROI.
  • Stay current with search engine algorithms, trends, and AI-driven marketing.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SEO experience with measurable results.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies (must provide at least 3 references).
  • Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors, on-page & off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-based advertising strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
