We are seeking a diligent, articulate, and experienced SEO & SMM Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SEO & SMM projects, excellent client communication skills, and strong project management abilities. This role involves overseeing the delivery of SEO & SMM projects, ensuring accurate execution, consistent communication with clients, and effective collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities:SEO Project ManagementOversee and manage the scheduling and execution of all SEO tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Ensure no tasks are forgotten or go astray by maintaining a comprehensive project schedule and tracking system. Collaborate closely with SEO Specialists and writers to ensure the seamless execution of SEO tasks.

SMM Project ManagementManage the execution and delivery of all SMM tasks, making sure they are performed on schedule. Collaborate effectively with SMM Specialists and content creators to ensure the successful completion of SMM projects. Client CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate client onboarding, understanding their requirements and expectations, and ensuring these are translated accurately into project tasks. Present deliverables to clients, explaining the work done and its implications for their business. Quality and Performance ChecksPerform quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications before they are sent to the client.

Monitor the performance of SEO and SMM projects, ensuring they are delivering the expected results and making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance. Requirements:Proven experience as an SEO & SMM Account Manager or similar role. Thorough understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing (SMM) principles and practices.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and performance.
