Job Title: Local SEO Specialist

Hours: Starting Part-time (20 hours/week) to future Full-time (40 hours/week)

Rate: 425 PHP/hour (with potential bonuses and wage increases after 3-month trial period)

FLEET SEO is a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in the vehicle rental industry. We help clients grow their businesses through cutting-edge strategies in Local SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, database reactivation and lead nurturing.

We're seeking a collaborative and experienced SEO Specialist to join our remote team and help us drive results for our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our new SEO Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for our clients—most of whom are local, independent vehicle rental agencies. You will be responsible for both on-page and off-page SEO with a primary focus on Local SEO, plus broad organic national rankings.

You'll work with SearchAtlas and be expected to contribute to team brainstorming, marketing strategy discussions, and even lend a hand to other departments when needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop Local SEO strategies tailored to client goals and business type

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis

Implement on-page SEO (metadata, content optimization, schema, internal linking, etc.)

Manage off-page SEO (link building, citation building, guest posting, etc.)

Use SearchAtlas and OTTO to carry out tasks and monitor performance

Write blog articles, improve website content. Use of AI (Chatgpt) combined with human review and editing is acceptable

Recommend onpage improvements such as landing pages, content creation or removal,

Assist with the development of landing pages

Assist with technical SEO improvements of client websites

Collaborate with tea mbers on broader marketing strategy and cross-department projects

Contribute to ongoing process and SOP development within the SEO department

Provide updates, insights, and progress reports to leadership

Track time on tasks using software (supplied).

Participate in tea etings 3x per week in the mornings/evenings ET (flexible schedule outside of these meetings)

WHAT YOU BRING:

Core Local SEO Expertise

Proven experience implementing successful Local SEO strategies

Strong understanding of Google Business Profiles (GBP), local ranking factors, and citation management

Proficient in on-page and off-page SEO tactics

Skilled in keyword research, content brief creation, and writing SEO-friendly copy

Familiarity with SearchAtlas and OTTO tools (preferred)

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to on-page SEO

Ability to monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager) and pixel setup is a bonus

Strong grasp of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

Proficiency with website analytics tools and the ability to generate data-driven reports with clear recommendations

TOOL PROFICIENCY:

Experience with:

SearchAtlas / OTTO

HighLevel (GHL) – preferred but not required

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Slack or Pumble, ClickUp / Monday / Plaky / Asana

ChatGPT and AI tools to support SEO workflows

Clockify or similar time-tracking software

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset

Willing to share knowledge, suggest improvements, and help across departments when needed

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a remote team environment

Comfortable joining tea etings 3x/week in ET mornings or evenings
