Our client, a growing company in the apartment listing and real estate space, is seeking an SEO Specialist with strong link-building experience to join their team. This role will focus on developing and executing effective link-building strategies to improve organic visibility, strengthen domain authority, and drive qualified traffic to their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute link-building campaigns tailored to the apartment listing and real estate industry.
  • Research and identify high-quality websites, blogs, and digital publications for outreach opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover new link opportunities.
  • Perform targeted outreach to webmasters, journalists, and bloggers to secure backlinks and placements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on link-building efforts and their impact on SEO performance.
  • Ensure all link-building practices follow Google's Webmaster Guidelines and white-hat SEO methods.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and promote link-worthy assets (e.g., blogs, guides, infographics).
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link acquisition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO link building and outreach campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink quality metrics, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or SimilarWeb.
  • Excellent communication and outreach skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Prior experience in apartment listings, real estate, or local SEO projects is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in PR outreach or digital partnerships.
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies that support link acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
