Duties and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

· Work with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure business needs are met through technology solutions.

· Support testing activities, including test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

· Analyze business performance, financial data, and market trends

· Develop business models, forecasts, and investment proposals

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve workflows

· Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports and dashboards for management

· Support feasibility studies, strategic planning, and project evaluations

· Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvement areas

Qualifications

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).

· Proficient in Creating User Interface (UI) using Figma.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
