Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable.
