Shift Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant / Graphic Designer to support our marketing initiatives through engaging designs and effective coordination. This role blends design expertise with marketing execution to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.

Objective of this role:

  • To support marketing initiatives by creating visually compelling designs, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Marketing Materials: Create high-quality and visually appealing designs for T-shirts, menus, flyers, and website graphics that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Website Content Updates: Regularly update and optimize website content, including implementing menu changes, adding promotional banners, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Promotional Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring all materials and assets are delivered on time.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with account clean-up, visual updates, and occasional posting to maintain a cohesive and professional brand presence online.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and apply brand guidelines across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and marketing support roles in the restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience working in the restaurant industry.
  • Proven experience with social media management.
  • Knowledge of website content updates and optimization.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing or design tools is a plus.
