Business Development Representative with 25 Night Differential

Job Summary
The
Business Development Representative
plays a crucial role in the sales process by generating qualified leads and new business opportunities. This role will identify potential leads through various channels such as Salesforce, Seamless AI, and social media to source and conduct outreach to prospects that could benefit from our products and services.
Responsibilities
•
Utilize Salesforce, Seamless AI, and social media to identify prospects that qualify for our AHP's
• Identify and reach out to prospects via outbound cold calls, emails, social media and other sources to generate new sales opportunities
• Create interest with our products and services
• Qualify prospective leads and opportunities
• Set-up meetings or calls between prospects and internal sales agents
• Capture and update CRM data that includes contact, client, and competitor information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns
• Stay informed with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics and share feedback with the sales team
• Build trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Meets and exceeds all required activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve individual and company goals and quotas
• Updates and manages the sales pipeline to ensure accurate data and reporting
• Participates in pipeline review and strategy meetings with Sales Management.
• Consults with clients to determine their needs, and provides information on our products and services. .
• Attends sales meetings and other required company meetings.
• Actively participates in company-paid association membership and networking events.
• Assists with and attends external events such as trade shows, booths at health fairs, and community service events.
• Must comply with Company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
•
Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM
systems to manage leads and analyze sales data.
• Proficient with the English language, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas and engage in meaningful business conversations with clients and stakeholders.
• Motivated to achieve and surpass key performance indicators, driving exceptional results.
• Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, dedicated to meeting and exceeding objectives efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities as needed to support organizational goals.
Screening Criteria
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales or a related field, including training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare customer service or outbound U.S. sales/calling.
• Must have a stable employment history.
