About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Collection Clerk to join our team. The role focuses on handling client payments, delivering invoices, and supporting accounting operations through timely collection and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver invoices, official receipts, and other financial documents to clients and suppliers.
- Ensure all collections are properly documented and remitted to the accounting department.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns, outstanding balances, and payment schedules.
- Assist the accounting team with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping related to collections.
- Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
- Perform other related tasks that support billing, collection, and accounting operations.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Course, or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Experience in collections, billing, accounting, or related work is an advantage.
- With valid government clearances (Police, Barangay, NBI).
- Must be trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with a valid driver's license and motorcycle or able to travel for client visits.
