About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Officer to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is motivated, persuasive, and skilled at generating and nurturing leads to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and research.
  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to highlight value and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with sales, marketing, and other teams.
