Position Title: Key Accounts Officer Number of Vacancies: 2 (1 Metro Manila-based, 1 Pampanga – Region 3) Employment Type: Permanent Work Setup: Hybrid (Home / Field / Office) Position Overview: The Key Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing major client accounts, driving market expansion in Region 3 and NCR, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. The role supports the company's growth in the laboratory services sector and ensures long-term client satisfaction through effective relationship and territory management. Key Responsibilities A. Account Management Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Handle client inquiries, renewals, and service concerns Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions B. Market Expansion Identify and build new partnerships in target industries (manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, etc.) Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to stay competitive C. Sales Execution Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts Submit regular sales reports and forecasts D. Collaboration & Support Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service quality Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns Provide feedback to management for business development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales (preferably in laboratory/healthcare, FMCG, or manufacturing industries) Strong client relationship and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle hybrid work setup Willing to travel within NCR and Pampanga
