We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that reflect the organization's brand and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a passion for event management and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events, including corporate functions, workshops, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Manage all event logistics, such as venue booking, catering, AV requirements, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets; track expenses and report financials.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Develop event timelines, checklists, and documentation.
  • Support marketing efforts for events via social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or travel when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with virtual or hybrid events.
  • Knowledge of marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
