Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site lifting operations involving cranes, hoists, and other heavy equipment.
  • Coordinate daily activities with riggers, crane operators, and safety officers to ensure smooth and safe execution.
  • Prepare and review lifting plans, load charts, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with company and DOLE safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and report site concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Promote teamwork, safety, and efficiency across all lifting and erection activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least College level or Vocational graduate (Engineering or Technical course preferred)
  • With valid TESDA NC in Rigging or equivalent lifting certification
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience supervising lifting operations in construction or structural steel projects
  • Knowledgeable in lifting procedures, load calculations, and safety assessments
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Physically fit and willing to work full-time on-site
