Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee a Billing team and ensure consistent performance delivery. The ideal candidate has strong billing knowledge, solid leadership background, and the ability to coach agents through hands-on expertise rather than textbook guidance.

You will be responsible for daily performance monitoring, quality control, client communication, and driving team success through effective sales and service strategies.


Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of billing agents
  • Coach team members on effective sales pitch techniques
  • Provide daily performance updates and reports to leadership and client
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded
  • Handle escalations and guide the team in resolving billing issues
  • Maintain alignment with client expectations and operational goals
  • Promote a positive and high-performance culture

Qualifications
  • Open to College Level
  • At least 2–4 years of Team Leader experience
  • Must have billing experience
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to lead by example through hands-on sales and billing expertise
  • Amenable to work onsite
  • Can start ASAP
