We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT & Netsuite Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all internal IT support requests. You will also take charge of managing user accounts and access permissions across our business systems, escalating complex problems when necessary, and ensuring seamless collaboration between users and IT service providers.

A significant part of your role will involve administering our NetSuite ERP system, including user and role management, customizations, reporting, data management, and user training. You will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency across our business operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Administrator, or Technical Support Specialist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Highly desirable skills: Knowledge in SQL, Microsoft Power Platform and process automation
  • Prior experience supporting clients or businesses in New Zealand or Australia is a plus.
  • Willingness to work within Australasian time zones.
  • Willingness to work or relocate to the Angeles City, Pampanga office.
