Enterprise ERP Sales Representative

Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise ERP Sales Representative with experience selling ERP solutions such as NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and closing high-value deals that address complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions (NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements, business challenges, and goals.
- Present, demonstrate, and position ERP solutions tailored to industry and organizational needs.
- Develop proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and manage contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs.
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (C-level, IT, finance, operations).
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with ERP market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in ERP/Enterprise Software sales (NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and core business processes (finance, supply chain, inventory, HR, etc.).
- Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and build trusted client relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP sales.
- Industry specialization (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services).
- Familiarity with ERP implementation and customization processes.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
