About the Role Implements business management solutions and conducts analysis of the customer’s overall business processes to recommend informed decisions for an effective and efficient project implementation. Communicates with the customer’s project champions for timeline, encountered issues, and proposed solutions. Renders field work for most of the project phase. Responsibilities Perform full system implementation and development, interacting directly with client personnel and providing client training and support (on-site and/or web‑based) as needed. Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers. Assist the implementation team with change management and technical training. Customize fields, record types, reports, page layouts, and dashboards. Use industry experience, business analysis, and best practices to solve clients’ most complex business problems. Write design specifications and estimates for programs. Conduct demos, training and walkthrough of different system process areas. Discuss with decision‑makers to optimize and improve technology management. Develop custom code to meet user requirements. Manage mass data imports and exports. Handle system integration testing procedures, prepare test scripts and test data. Design a system enhancement process, developing materials for end‑users and communicating with clients to gather project requirements. Plan and consult with clients on business process improvements to configure system features/functions. Develop and communicate client requirements with the project implementation team on potential product customizations, and work with them to build, develop, and test customized solutions. Provide post‑implementation support to optimize user adoption and system configuration and to resolve issues related to system implementation. Communicate and collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and deliver successful implementations; provide regular updates on project status and escalated risks or issues as necessary. Continuously enhance knowledge by staying up to date on updates, features, and industry best practices through training and certifications. Other responsibilities that may be assigned related to project implementation, department and/or administrative tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related courses. At least 6 months to a year of work experience in any standard ERP products (fresh graduates are welcomed). Preferably with deep understanding of NetSuite functionality and knowledge of OneWorld implementations. Skilled in data migration tools, reporting tools and dashboards. Ideal candidate possesses a high aptitude to accept complex assignments, analyze problems, provide effective solutions, and lead project implementations. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation and technical writing skills. Good analytical and planning skills. Good grasp of business acumen and customer‑focused approach.
