We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the financial health of the organization in order to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices.

They are expected to accomplish or create financial reports for Insurance Commission, direct investment activities, and develop plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization.

The Finance Manager is expected to handle the budget planning and support the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow the management team to make the best business decisions for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral part by contributing to the development and refinement of the
  • Company's growth and vision strategies and increase profit through prudent financial practices and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws, procedures and regulations such as tax filing and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
  • Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.
  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.
  • Handle any other duties, consistent with the role, or duties as required from time to time by the Executive or Management Team.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Preferably with Insurance Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Finance or Accounting Department Business in the banking industry or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Finance Manager or relevant managerial role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Skills in Project Management Tools
  • Strong capabilities with database and information systems software
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Product Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
