WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA is a MUST)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Willing to work in Jupiter Makati City
  • Can start ASAP

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Leads and manages the Finance and Accounting Department and ensures that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditures.
  • Responsible for the implementation and compliance with the Finance and Accounting policies and procedures to enhance the workflow of the department.
  • Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reports including all reviews and analysis.
  • Prepares, examines, or analyzes accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Computes Tax Dues & Ensure compliance on taxes with BIR regulation/s, ensuring timely filing of necessary and relevant documents as well as payment of appropriate taxes.
  • Ensures timely, proper and accurate recording in the accounting system:

a.    Billing invoices

b.    Company recurring payables

c.    Monthly bank transactions and reconciliations

d.    Monthly depreciation of fixed assets

e.      All approved payments on a daily basis

f.    Payroll accounting entries

  • Communicates with the Auditors, ensuring proper monitoring of company finance is well maintained
  • Reviews & finalizes payroll.
  • Responsible in ensuring the continued training of the people within the department.
  • Communicates with customers and suppliers on matters relating to their accounts, including reconciliation of records, if necessary.
