Experience in sales and receivables monitoring, especially in a service-based or rental business, is a plus.

As an Accounting Coordinator at Tent King Corporation, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and data management skills, as well as a solid foundation in general accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and maintenance of cash/receipt books.
  • Maintain and update records of Sales Book (Sales Monitoring for Tent Rental and Purchases) and an efficient filing system of all signed rental agreements along with proof of clients payments.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding the payment of final payment in connection with rental services and collapsible tents availed of, ensuring timely receipt such payments according to the standard schedule.
  • Maintains records and copies of BIR Form 2307 from clients.
  • Preparation and issuance of receipts (Official Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipt, Collection Receipt) to clients).
  • Monitors all kinds of BIR registered receipts/invoices and executes requests of printing if needed.
  • Responsible for the checking of full payment and signed contract for tent releasing; initial checking of blue slips per event.
  • Responsible for the updating of receipts monitoring such as Sales Invoice, Service Invoice, Acknowledgement Receipt, Collection Receipt and Delivery Receipt.
  • Maintains and updates Accounts Receivable Aging schedule.
  • Performs collection from customers for billed and due transactions.
  • Updates Output VAT schedule of sales.
  • Collate supporting documents for clients with VAT zero rating.
  • Records the booked orders/sales per Sales Executive for incentive computation.
  • Maintains record of charges for incidents relation to tent rental and selling deliveries (e.g. damaged tents, equipment, and the like)
  • Employee load and monitoring
  • Provides financial information and the like needed for the company accreditation to clients.
  • Perform bank transactions (deposit, withdraw/encashment)
  • Helps with the releasing of salaries to all on-call employees.
  • Protects organization's values by keeping important information (ex. Suppliers' info & whereabouts, etc) confidential
  • Performs other duties and functions as required or assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in sales and receivables monitoring, especially in a service-based or rental business, is a plus.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local ERP systems).
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills.
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
  • Flexible and proactive in handling various accounting and admin tasks.
  • Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas.
