About Bluedge

Bluedge is a leading consultancy supporting Australia's Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector. We partner with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to deliver high-quality learning materials, robust compliance, and practical systems that lift training standards.

The Role

You'll join our Compliance & Quality team as a junior specialist, helping ensure client RTOs meet the Standards for RTOs 2025 (SRTO 2025) and internal quality benchmarks. Expect structured mentoring, clear checklists, and hands-on exposure to real audits and quality improvement work.

What you'll do

  • Assist with internal audits against SRTO 2025 using guided checklists.
  • QA review of learning & assessment resources (mapping to unit requirements on ).
  • Validate assessment tools (principles of assessment & rules of evidence).
  • Help maintain policies, procedures, versions, and evidence logs.
  • Keep compliance registers up to date (TAS updates, trainer matrix, PD logs, CI register).
  • Support audit preparation: evidence collation, file checks, and rectification packs.
  • Provide first-line regulatory guidance using Bluedge templates and practice guides.
  • Contribute to training/briefings for clients and teammates.

You'll bring

  • Keen eye for detail, organised work style, and strong written English.
  • Exposure to quality assurance or compliance (internship or 6–12 months experience welcome).
  • Advantageous: ISO 9001:2015 knowledge & experience
  • Nice to have: experience with LMS/SMS admin, SharePoint/Google Drive.
