The opportunity

Join our growing team as a Franchise Development Agent at Fun Han Mart'. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new franchise partners in the Taguig City Metro Manila area. Your role will be critical in expanding our presence and supporting our long-term growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospective franchise partners in the local market
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine the suitability and interest of potential franchisees
  • Guide prospective franchisees through the application and onboarding process
  • Provide support and advice to new franchisees during the initial set-up phase
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of franchise leads and actively manage the sales funnel
  • Attend local business events and networking opportunities to generate new franchise leads

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or franchise recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new franchise agreements
  • Familiarity with the local business landscape and a proven track record of success
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the retail industry
  • Willingness to work flexible part-time hours to accommodate the needs of prospective franchisees
