Accounts Payable Specialist

About The Role
The Accounts Payable Specialist is to handle the full set or scope of all Accounts Payable transactions processed in APAC region. Transactions are processed in line with company processes and procedures using AMOS and SUN systems. Liaison with colleagues within the APAC region to resolve queries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Account all incoming vendor invoices.
• Posting invoices to AMOS and SUN system.
• Account all disputed vendor invoices.
• Gather all vendor statement of account monthly and provide status updates.
• Reconcile all vendor SOA to subsidiary ledger monthly.
• Prepare creditors aging analysis.
• Prepare monthly accrual variance report.
• Process vendor payment online.
• Process urgent payment request, PCF replenishment and expense claims.
• Book and allocate all payments in SUN system.
• Properly archiving vendor invoices.
• Support annual audit exercise.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors in Accountancy graduate preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
