HR Generalist at BruntWork The HR Professional will partner closely with department heads to design and manage a comprehensive HR strategy. This role includes creating individualized employee plans, establishing career development opportunities, and supporting management in addressing personnel challenges. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.7 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Collaborate with department heads to design and implement HR programs tailored to each team Develop individual employee improvement plans and career development pathways Support department leads in resolving management and personnel issues Assist in building organizational infrastructure, including HR policies, compliance, and best practices Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives Partner with leadership to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused company culture Requirements Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or fast-growing organizations Strong expertise in HR program development, employee relations, and career development planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams Problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide and coach managers Knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and best practices HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
