HR Generalist at BruntWork The HR Professional will partner closely with department heads to design and manage a comprehensive HR strategy. This role includes creating individualized employee plans, establishing career development opportunities, and supporting management in addressing personnel challenges. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.7 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
