ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Scheduler, you'll connect clients and staff, making sure Protection Officers are scheduled, briefed, and ready. The role demands precision, speed, and sound judgment to handle job requests, updates, and urgent changes.
FILL YOUR DAYS WITH:
Rostering & Scheduling
- Manage scheduling and reserve Protection Officers (POs) for long-term client projects.
- Process and log client job requests through the Service Desk using MCRStaff.
- Confirm shift acceptance with POs and proactively fill vacant shifts.
- Track PO availability and ensure accurate rostering at all times.
- Liaise with clients regarding absences, replacements, and shift concerns.
- Review candidate suitability and assign roles accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date job orders, candidate profiles, and system records.
System Navigation & Ticketing
- Utilize MCRStaff and SAP Ariba to manage and resolve Service Desk tickets.
- Ensure all requests are actioned and closed within SLA timelines.
Email & Communication Management
- Monitor and organize emails to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide clear, professional communication with clients and staff.

- 2+ years' experience in administration, coordination, or scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiar with Google Sheets
- Process-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn internal systems and tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
