Job Summary

  • Keys address, charge, or payment data and checks accuracy of related input.
  • Prepares follow-up letters for customer accounts, and other documents.
  • Performs various clerical tasks as required, including logging and routing incoming mail, typing, reception duties, and preparation of outgoing mail.
  • Responds to telephone inquiries and assists in solving questions related to the status of customer accounts; documents status of collection efforts.
  • Performs limited research in preparation for updating records, such as tracing customer mailing address.
  • Ensures strict confidentiality of financial records.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • At least college level

  • With minimum of 5 months experience in the same field

  • With ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
  • With ability to sort and/or distribute mail.
  • Good word processing and/or data entry skills.
  • Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
  • Can interact and communicate well with people over the telephone, often in stressful situations.
  • Willing to work in Pasig
