Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit and Collection Assistant based in Pasig. The Credit and Collection Assistant will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, analyzing financial data, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients regarding overdue accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records and various field work if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Finance skills
  • Analytical Skills for financial data analysis
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
