We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit and Collection Staff to join our growing team In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our collection process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full process of generating and endorsing sales invoices and collection receipts for Pag-IBIG takeout accounts.
  • Process and verify all Pag-IBIG payments, accurately updating the collection system and resolving any payment discrepancies.
  • Address buyer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer experience and support collection efforts.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of buyer data and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Credit and Collection Group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related course
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Perform tasks with utmost honesty and integrity.
