We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit and Collection Staff to join our growing team In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our collection process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full process of generating and endorsing sales invoices and collection receipts for Pag-IBIG takeout accounts.
- Process and verify all Pag-IBIG payments, accurately updating the collection system and resolving any payment discrepancies.
- Address buyer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer experience and support collection efforts.
- Maintain the confidentiality of buyer data and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Credit and Collection Group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Perform tasks with utmost honesty and integrity.
