About the role

As a Site Engineer at Workswell Enterprises Inc', you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects at our NUVALI Laguna site. This full-time position will see you responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and coordination of onsite activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained.

What you'll be doing

  1. Interpret and implement engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities
  2. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, technicians, and labourers to ensure timely project completion
  3. Monitor construction progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
  4. Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project status
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
  6. Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  7. Support the development and implementation of project management tools and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role
  3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
  4. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  5. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  6. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  7. Familiarity with construction software and digital tools
