Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect with at least 2–3 years of experience to join our construction team. The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring that designs are accurately implemented, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor architectural works during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure work progress aligns with the project timeline.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, revisions, and shop drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to improve site operations.
  • Document and report project updates, issues, and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Architecture or related field.
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience as a Site Architect in the construction industry.
  • Licensed Architect is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural design, and building codes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Sta. Rosa, Laguna (accommodation is provided).
