We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team . As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, and liaising with the project team
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe work environment
  • Oversee the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods, and implement quality control measures
  • Collaborate with the design team to interpret and execute project plans and specifications
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the schedule
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and site personnel
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including site records, reports, and logs

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer/ Project Engineer or in a similar construction management role. Working experience under Gen Con is an advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and address issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools, such as project management and scheduling applications
  • Willing to be assign in Sta. Rosa Laguna
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.
