Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Engineer to oversee MEPF & architectural works at our construction sites. As a Site Manager you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our fit-out projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years working experience in Site Engineer / Site Management.
- Strong site management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee methodologies and implementation of MEPF systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the site works, coordination, and execution fit-out works ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring the work is executed efficiently and safely according to plan
- Monitor and report on project performance daily, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
