Job Summary:

* The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordination, and management of projects within the Engineering and Consultancy Division as assigned. Ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The Project Engineer will oversee technical aspects, manage project resources, and use best practices to ensure that all projects are completed as intended and to meet the needs of the division

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote company's mission and values.
  • Ensure implementation of tactical programs to meet strategic goals and objectives.
  • Comply to Engineering and Consultancy Division operational meetings.
  • Execute Engineering and Consultancy Division operational policies and procedures on all assigned projects.
  • Communicate with superior to make decisions for project planning of assigned projects.
  • Maintain the records and documentations of assigned projects for historical data.
  • Prepare project status reports for Engineering and Consultancy Division to be submitted to division head
  • Preparation of specifications of assigned projects.
  • Preparation of cost estimation and scoping of assigned projects.
  • Creation of technical proposals of assigned projects to be submitted to division head.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and evaluate the actual condition of the project site for accurate quotations, as assigned by the division head.
  • Conduct project implementation as assigned by the division head.
  • Prepares all necessary project documents for project commencement and execution.
  • Conduct as-builting as assigned by the division head.
  • Create drafting and shop drawing as assigned by the division head.
  • Assist in electrical safety audit and energy audit, and other engineering studies as assigned by the division head.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, external partners, and vendors.
  • Provide constructive feedback regarding division's process.
  • Ensure quality of services by adhering to the operational policies and procedures of the Engineering and Consultancy Division.
  • Ensure all project must be adherence to all health and safety standards provided by the QA/QC department.
  • Support marketing of services.

Specific Duties:

  • Collaborates with engineers, procurement, finance and other division and departments to determine the specifications of a project to ensure smooth operation.
  • Coordinates with clients and engineers to assess equipment needs to determine system requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
