We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, with a strong focus on Airconditioning and HVAC. He/She will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation, operation, and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to clients and project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Train and guide technicians and staff on proper mechanical system handling

Qualifications:

  • Licensed / Registered Mechanical Engineer (PRC).
  • Preferably residing in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, or nearby areas (Biñan, Cabuyao, Calamba, Silang, etc.) for accessibility.
  • With proven experience in Air-conditioning / HVAC systems (installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance).
  • Knowledgeable of AutoCAD and other mechanical design software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with teams and clients effectively.
  • A team player with a positive work attitude and leadership potential.
  • Willing to work on-site and flexible to project requirements.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
  • Proficient in CAD tools and simulation software.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and applicable standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
