Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and social channels to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and brand partners to boost marketing reach.

Manage and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) through engaging and on-brand content.

Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and implement optimization strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.

Plan and create content calendars that align with the company's branding and business objectives.

Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and web) to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.

Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Assist in the creation of promotional materials and manage online advertisements or sponsored content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with SEO and social media campaign management.

Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media schedulers.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Creative mindset with attention to branding and visual consistency.

Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to evolving marketing trends and digital technologies.

Experience in the beauty or insurance industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
