The Opportunity at a Glance

We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing strategies for an established education organisation. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup.

The role requires a strong generalist marketer with expertise across Google Ads, SEO, paid social, and digital campaign execution. You'll work closely with leadership while taking ownership of implementation, reporting, and content creation. If you're creative, analytical, and solutions-driven, this is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact in the education sector.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns , including keyword targeting, ad copywriting, optimisation, and ROI tracking
  • Conduct SEO research and implementation , manage Google Business Profiles, build backlinks, and track analytics with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Create, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, testing new formats and targeting strategies
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites , including content uploads, SEO-friendly blogs, and basic backend tasks
  • Support lead nurturing initiatives and refine the customer journey from enquiry to enrolment and retention
  • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns across social, email, and events, ensuring consistent messaging
  • Create content and marketing collateral using Canva , and support basic video editing for promotional use
  • Manage community partnerships, sponsorships, and local initiatives to build brand presence
What We're Looking For – You're the Perfect Fit if You:
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in a marketing executive, coordinator, or generalist role
  • Possess strong working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing tools
  • Have experience managing WordPress websites (non-developer level)
  • Are proficient in Canva and comfortable with basic video editing
  • Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and deliver campaigns on time
  • Have a passion for education and making a difference in students' lives
What Sets You Apart – You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
  • Advanced design skills in Photoshop or InDesign
  • Experience running multi-location campaigns or community engagement initiatives

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
