Basic Function

  • Responsible in preparing documents for processing of Title Annotation of DOA with SPA, Documentary and Technical requirements for PAG-IBIG, Bank and In House - Masaito & Richfield. Ensures on time delivery and take-out of all endorsed accounts to HDMF towards the successful attainment of the Corporate target.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Profiling and Evaluation of Documents for TCT's Annotation of Deed of Assignment of CTS with SPA for Pag-IBIG Take out. (South & North Projects)

  2. Preparation of Documents requirements for the following transactions:

Request of Tax Clearance

Request of Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration for Land & Building

Assessment for Real Property Tax

Monitoring of Building Permit and Occupancy Permit for Pag-IBIG accounts due for Take out

  1. Scan and encodes all Official Receipts from LGU's

  2. Responsible for Monitoring of Undertaking of Documentary and Technical requirements

  3. Responsible for Documentary and Technical retention refund compliance request.

  4. Coordinates with Land Acquisition Department for open traversed compliance.

  5. Endorses requests of DOA of CTS with SPA, Cancellation of Deed of Assignment and Reconveyance to Conversion Department.

  6. Coordinated with Conversion Department, Tech Serve and Land Acquisition Department all other concerns related to Pag-IBIG, Bank & In House accounts.

  7. Update and submit weekly report of Title Annotation, documentary and Technical undertaking retention refund

  8. To review the pre-approval documents to ensure properly accomplished for faster, easier processing of buyer's housing loan application.

  9. Encodes buyer's housing loan application on HDMF Deventry.

  10. Requests Processing Fee for all accounts for HDMF delivery.

  11. Deliver folders to HDMF/ Pagibig for Pre-Approval and Post Approval at Loans Servicing Department.

  12. Monitor and prepares report for the status of delivered accounts to HDMF.

  13. Receive and endorse accounts with Notice of Approval to Loans Officer for preparation of Post App documents.

  14. Coordinates with HDMF on Notice of Approval extension request.

  15. Coordinate schedule request and follow up result of Borrower's Validation Seminar at HDMF.

  16. Maintains and established good rapport to all our internal & external business partners.

  17. Submits Technical Compliance at HDMF Property Valuation Department.

  18. Deliver Post App documents to HDMF and closely monitor the accounts for loan take out.

  19. Informs and updates account officers on revised guidelines, policies and procedures pertaining to HDMF housing loan application..

  20. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
