We are on the lookout for an
IT Support (Junior)
to join our growing team If you're passionate about IT support, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a friendly and collaborative team, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting users both in person and via our Jira ticketing system.
  • Learning basic administration of accounting platforms like
    CCH Axcess
    ,
    CCH Engagement
    ,
    QuickBooks
    , and
    PPC tools
    .
  • Providing IT assistance across a variety of software and hardware solutions.
  • Troubleshooting issues, resolving tech challenges, and helping our team stay efficient and productive.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Windows 11
    ,
    Office 365
    ,
    Teams
    ,
    Teams Phones
    ,
    OneDrive
    , and
    Mobile Devices
    .
  • Basic experience with
    desktop hardware
    and
    support ticket systems
    .
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Microsoft Entra ID

    Apple Products
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Microsoft OneNote
    and
    Conferencing Technologies
    .
